Legal issues

The ownership of the apartments, villas and the associated jointly shared parts in Resort Eifeler Tor is divided legally into what in Germany is called 'Wohnungseigentum'. You will not only be the owner of the apartment or villa (including basement, balcony and terrace if applicable), but also owner of a part of the joint property (the plot, etc. and everything which does not belong to the 'Sondereigentum', the exclusive ownership).
